Boys Varsity Lacrosse · Senior Spotlight – Ben Kleinert

Gladiator Nation,

As we are working to defeat Covid-19 and conquer digital learning; our athletic department is going to start highlighting different Senior athletes for the class of 2020.  We will be featuring one or two athletes per day with graphics and positive words from coaches.  This is a time that we need to rejoice and thank those who have dedicated years of service to the Gladiator Athletic Department both on and off the field.

Senior Spotlight #29 – Ben Kleinert

Boys Varsity Lacrosse

Coach Gogolinski says:

“Ben is the ultimate teammate for any program.  This was his senior season and he bought into the new direction of the program.  Unfortunately an off season knee injury would keep Ben off the field for spring.  Has devastating an injury that is for any athlete; Ben did everything he could to support his teammates and the program.  We wish him the best of luck next year at Purdue.”

Ben; thank you for working so hard both on and off the field.  While this chapter of your story did not end the way we wanted; you sir left a positive impression on our boys lacrosse program.  We wish you the best of luck at Purdue next year and we know that you will go on to do great things.  Gladiator Nation salutes you!
