Coach of the Month - Morgan Eurek - Cross Country & Track      

Johns Creek High School is proud to announce that Morgan Eurek has been selected as the November Coach of the Month for his outstanding leadership and dedication to the Cross Country program.

Under Coach Eurek’s guidance, the Gladiators’ Cross Country team girls’ team captured the Region Championship and secured an impressive second-place finish at the State Meet.

Coach Eurek’s impact extends beyond team success. He has played a pivotal role in developing individual athletes, helping multiple runners earn spots on the school record board. His ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate performance has set a new standard for the program.

"Just like Mr. Shearer I have practically raised Coach Eurek since he was a sophomore in high school.  I coached him in high school at Chattahoochee.  Brought him with me as a young assistant coach when Johns Creek opened in 2009.  He has been by my side coaching some of the best runners in the state of Georgia ever since.  In 2023 I decided to stepdown as head cross country coach and I knew he would flourish in that role.  I am super proud of him taking the reins and deserves all the accolades he can get.  He loves the kids, builds excellent relationships not only on the track but in the classroom too.  Super proud of him." – Daniel Brock, Cross Country Coach
