Gladiators Advance to Region Semis

In an exciting region tournament matchup, the Johns Creek Gladiators secured a solid victory over a determined Roswell team, winning 61-43.

Despite a slow start, the Gladiators found their rhythm in the second half, showcasing strong defense and timely scoring. Senior Tatum Holmes was instrumental in the win, leading the team with 17 points and several crucial steals. Jack Rinehart added to the momentum with his defensive prowess and 11 points. Ben Uhde contributed 10 points along with significant rebounds and hustle plays, while Thomas Landeck scored 9 points, including a crucial three-pointer late in the game. Uhde also hit a key three from the corner in the fourth quarter. Anthony Poller and Kaysan Brock also added some defensive punch and some big plays to help secure the win.

With this win, Johns Creek qualifies for the state tournament for only the third time in school history.

They will next face Milton on Tuesday night with the opportunity to advance to the region championship game.
