Meet Snacks

We need a group of parent volunteers at every meet to bring snacks and set up the team’s tents, tarps and tables.  Please follow the links below to sign up to volunteer at an upcoming meet.

Thank you so much for contributing your time and effort to help all the student athletes and coaches have a more enjoyable meet!

Feel free to sign up for as many slots as you would like via SignUpGenius and remember to keep your receipt so that you can be reimbursed.  Send your completed Reimbursement Form to the Treasurer.

Please try to have your food dropped off at the snack table at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the first event.  Start times are referenced on the SignUpGenius but please note they are subject to change.  Travel times are estimates, and do not account for traffic and / or construction, so please plan accordingly.

Baskets and bowls will be provided for the food items, so there is no need to bring serving dishes or utensils.

Tables, Tents, and Tarps…. aka T3 Team

Gladiator Cross Country wants to have a unified and organized presence at meets. To get this done we need the help of parent volunteers. 4-5 parents are needed for each meet to coordinate with coaches to transport and set up the team tents, tarps, and tables at each meet.

Volunteers can get the equipment after practice on Friday afternoon, or they can meet the coaches early Saturday morning before the buses leave to get the equipment.

Set up will need to take place 30 Minutes before the start of the first race for our school.   The time listed on the SignUpGenius is the 30 minutes before the start of first race. Coaches will break down and get equipment back to school locker after meet.
